Tropical grade emulsions still need standard emulsion logistics, but with stronger heat and stability control. Use insulated stainless or coated carbon steel tanks with smooth interiors, bottom outlet design, and dedicated low-shear recirculation. Specify a temperature operating window based on the product data sheet, then size insulation to keep product within that window during long hauls. Avoid high-shear pumps on trailers and include sampling ports, calibrated volume or mass measurement, and water tight manways. Require clean tanker history to prevent cross-contamination and premature breaking.
