Stability requires moderate temperature control, gentle agitation, and contamination prevention. SS1H should be stored in clean tanks with slow speed mixers that keep solids suspended without high shear that breaks droplets. Avoid freezing and overheating because both can destabilize the system. Keep acids, cement dust, and incompatible chemicals away from manways and loading lines since they can trigger breaking. Use correct pumps and filters, flush lines after use, and follow first in first out inventory to avoid aging related separation.
