Polymer-modified sealers can be more viscous and more sensitive to shear and temperature. Sprayers should have low-shear pumps, stable pressure control, and recirculation that keeps the product homogeneous without overheating. Use larger diameter hoses, minimal sharp bends, and filters sized to avoid pressure spikes. Nozzles should provide uniform fan pattern at the intended viscosity, and the spray bar must maintain consistent height and overlap. Temperature monitoring and optional mild heating or insulation may be needed to keep viscosity in a sprayable window without damaging the emulsion structure.
