Consistent SS-60 spraying needs stable pressure control, correct nozzle spacing, and a calibrated rate controller linked to vehicle speed. Use an emulsion compatible pump with low pulsation, a recirculation loop for uniformity, and filtration matched to nozzle orifice size. The spray bar must provide correct fan overlap and adjustable height to maintain uniform transverse distribution.
