Reliability is proven by stable output at declared capacity, plus in house QC that can certify every batch. Capacity should match steady demand without long storage, typically achieved with consistent utilization and adequate tank turnover. A solid lab should cover residue, viscosity, sieve, storage stability, pH, particle charge for cationic grades, and breaking and coating tests with local aggregates. Certifications vary by market, but documented QA procedures, calibration records, traceability, and formal batch certificates are more important than marketing claims alone.
