Rubber enriched emulsions often need larger nozzle orifices, stronger filtration strategy, and more robust recirculation to keep the product uniform without over shearing. Use an emulsion compatible pump with low pulsation and avoid high shear components that can damage the rubber phase or cause breaking. Hoses and bends should minimize pressure spikes and dead zones where settling can occur. Heating may be needed to keep viscosity in the sprayable window, but must be controlled tightly. Maintenance access for cleaning is important because rubberized products can increase clogging risk if left stagnant.
