A complete system includes heated asphalt storage with circulation, a water phase tank with agitator and dosing pumps for emulsifier and pH control, and a colloid mill skid with accurate flow metering. Downstream you need finish strainers, sampling points, and insulated emulsion storage tanks with gentle agitation and temperature control to avoid freezing. For application, typical equipment is a calibrated distributor sprayer with pump, filters, spray bar, nozzles, and a density or flow based rate control system. A basic QC lab setup is also essential for release testing.
