SS1H generally has higher viscosity and is designed for heavier application or improved film build while maintaining slow setting behavior. The higher viscosity can reduce runoff and improve coating on certain aggregates, but it also demands proper spraying equipment and may require temperature management to stay pumpable. Breaking time remains slow to allow mixing and workability, but surface chemistry and water quality still control actual break in the field. Adhesion performance is driven by charge compatibility and residue quality, so SS1H does not automatically bond better unless the formulation and aggregate match are correct.
