Producing or applying emulsion close to the job site reduces long haul transport, storage time, and associated stability losses. It lowers tanker demand and risk of separation during transit. On site production allows formulation adjustment to local aggregates and weather. While setup costs exist, savings come from reduced logistics, fresher material, and lower rejection or rework rates.
