Suppliers are typically segmented into producers with full plant capability, terminal blenders or packagers, and distributors. Classification should look at grade portfolio, such as RS, MS, SS, polymer modified, and specialty waterproofing grades. Capacity is judged by tons per hour output, total storage volume, and dispatch logistics, not only nameplate. Certifications include ISO systems and documented compliance to relevant product standards, plus in house lab capability. A strong supplier offers traceability, batch COAs with test methods, and defined acceptance testing and complaint handling processes.
