Contractors should be able to show product compliance with the specified system and documented installation competency. Practically, that means using products with current technical data sheets and safety data, keeping batch and delivery records, and demonstrating on-site testing of substrate condition such as cleanliness, moisture level, and surface profile. Quality evidence includes wet and dry film thickness checks, cure verification before backfilling, adhesion checks where required, and photographic documentation of details and laps. If the project is regulated, contractors may also need method statements, environmental spill controls, and staff PPE training records aligned to the SDS.
