Request standard emulsion QC tests such as residue content, viscosity, storage stability, sieve residue, pH, and particle charge, plus rubber specific performance tests. For waterproofing, ask for elongation, crack bridging, adhesion to concrete, water resistance after curing, and aging resistance. For road uses, request cohesion development, elastic recovery indicators, and performance on local aggregates. Also request data on storage stability over time and temperature cycling. Supplier should provide batch certificates and evidence that the rubber dispersion is controlled and does not cause filter plugging or settlement.
